The file grooveintlresource.dll is basically a component of Microsoft Office, and is used to create shared workspaces, that is why it is referred to as Microsoft SharePoint Workspace, formerly called as Microsoft Office Groove, and is a type of desktop program that is designed for document collaboration for different purposes. It is recommended to keep this file working and running in the background of the computer system, whether it is an older or later version of the Windows operating system (OS).

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. grooveintlresource.dll. is used by Microsoft Office Groove MUI or Microsoft Office, If you shut down grooveintlresource.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
