Here's what we recommend you do:

1. Restart your PC
2. Once you're at the desktop screen, look for the ReviverSoft program's icon in the notifications area (bottom-right corner) of your screen.
3. Right-click the program icon and choose Close or Exit.
4. Now, go to : Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > locate the ReviverSoft program in the list of programs > select it and click on Uninstall to remove the program
5. And finally, download and install the latest version of the ReviverSoft program from here:
http://www.reviversoft.com/download/


Tip: If you are unable to locate the program icon in the notifications area as per Step 2, press the CTRL+SHIFT+ESC keys to start the Task Manager, locate the ReviverSoft program and hit End Task to end the program.


This should sort things out for you! You can also use these tips for other programs.

Hi Dorothy, This message is what you would see when you are trying to run the program installer when it is already running somewhere else. The easiest way to fix this is to restart your computer and then try to install the product.
