The Google auto translation feature may be enabled in your Google Chrome browser.
The auto translation feature lets Google automatically translate text on web pages where the text is from a language you do not speak into a language that you speak.
This feature will translate content in the MyEnglishLab system thereby causing issues. You can turn off this feature when using MyEnglishLab.
To turn off Google auto translation:

1. Open Google Chrome browser.
2. In the top right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll down and click Show advanced settings.
5. In the "Languages" section, uncheck "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read" box.

1. Launch your Google Chrome browser.

3. Select Settings.
   
   
4. Scroll down and click Show advanced settings.
   
   
5. In the "Languages" section, uncheck "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read" box.
