	Hi Chantal, You should try to access the files via their absolute path. Try going into Run Line in Windows (Start>Accessories>Run) and enter the next path: "F:\DCIM\" (just an example). If you still face any issue, Please provide a screenshot or errror message, because the information you have given is very less to provide a working solution to your problem.
