You can turn off the alerts that Windows Security Center sends when there is an action you can take to enhance the security of your computer.
Open Security Center by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking Security Center. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the left pane, click Change the way Security Center alerts me.
Click the alert option you want. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
