Hi Sudan,

Follow the below methods to resolve your cursor issue:

Method 1: I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.
Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:
a.Press “Windows key + W”.
b.Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
c.Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
d.Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
e.Follow the On Screen instructions.

Method 2:
Uninstall and reinstall touch pad drivers from the manufacturer’s website and see if that helps:
Step 1: Uninstall the drivers the touchpad drivers:
Follow these steps:
a.Press “Windows Key + W” from the keyboard.
b.Type “Device Manager” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
c.Right click on the touchpad drivers and select “Uninstall”.
d.Restart the computer once it is uninstalled.
Step 2: Download the latest touchpad drivers for “Windows 8” from manufacturer’s website.

Metohd 3:
Go to the Start menu or the Windows 8 search charm and type mouse settings. Select Change mouse settings (there are other options that are very similar, so pick the one with that exact wording).

Once in the dialog box, click the tab that seems to be for your touchpad (the name varies from model to model). Make sure that everything is enabled. If there are setting buttons, make sure that everything is on.

I hope this helps.

Lokesh

I updated all of the drivers after doing a backup using your tool. Now only two of 4 USB ports work. Nothing happens when I plug either my mouse or iPhone cable into them. Two still work, two do not. These ports worked prior to using your software. I have since done a RESTORE using your software and they still do not work. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I have a Dell Precision M6600 system if this helps.

On all screenshots I see, it shows the Start Screen on the "Dashboard Tile". But for me, it shows Skype. I also don't understand the difference between the settings "Enabled", "Disabled" and "Dynamic". Only "Hidden" is obvious, and it removes the Skype tile. But the other options don't seem to make any difference...
