Hi Grace,
If you facing problems installing the Windows update for KB2919355, I would sugest you to do download it from the below link for Windows Official Download from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=42327
You must follow the below order of installation for successfully installing the update:
- To start the download, click the Download button and then do one of the following, or select another language from Change Language and then click Change.
- Click Run to start the installation immediately.
- Click Save to copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time.
- These KB's must be installed in the following order: clearcompressionflag.exe, KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2959977, KB2937592, KB2938439, and KB2934018.
- KB2919442 is a prerequisite for Windows 8.1 Update and should be installed before attempting to install KB2919355

I tried to install the above mentioned KB's but the error message comes up: The update is not applicable to your computer.
But the check for updated continues to select the important update 8.1 Update for x64 based Systems (KB2919355). When I try to install it, it just comes up with: install failed
I need to install this update to be able to upgrade my computer to windows 10.
My system info:
Windows 8.1
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
