Hi Weng,
Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port?
It is important that Windows detects the new USB hardware and installs the driver for it, right after you connect your USB keyboard.
My next suggestion would be to try re-installing the USB drivers on your computer through the Windows Device Manager. You will have to uninstall them first, restart your computer and let Windows reinstall them for you.

00Hi Weng,
You can uninstall and re-install USB Root Hubs by following the steps below:- Expand ‘Universal Serial Bus controllers’
- From the list, look for ‘USB Root Hub’
- Right click, choose ‘Uninstall’, choose ‘Ok’
- Uninstall all ‘USB Root Hub’ listed
- Wait for all the drivers to get uninstalled
- Restarted the computer
- Restarting the computer will install ‘USB Root Hub’s automatically on the computer
You can also perform a clean boot and check the start up programs and services.
