Hello Gunnar,
Once you launch CorelDraw, you can click the Tools menu, select Options, click the Global category, select the desired language, apply the changes.
You will need to restart CorelDraw to launch in the desired language.
If the language is not available in the above list, you will need to reinstall CorelDraw in the desired language. Here is a quick guide:
