It seems like there is a problem with the chrome application.
Have you tried un-installing and re-installing chrome? You can do so by using the add and remove programs tool, and then downloading chrome again.

00Hi,
I think the best (and easiest) thing to do is uninstall Chrome then delete the folders associated with it.
By default they are located at C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome.
Then reinstall it. Also take a look at the extensions and plugins you are using and see if they are causing issues.
