Hi Suman,

If you are using iOS version 9, you can try the below in roder to get your iPhone connected to WiFi.

Fix 1: Forget Wi-Fi Network

  1. Open Settings app on your iDevice → Tap on Wi-Fi option.
  2. Tap on the name of network or on you are running.
  3. Tap on “Forget This Network”.Tap on Forget This Network on iPhone or iPad
  4. A message will prompt: Forget Wi-Fi Network “Network Name”?
  5. Tap on Forget.
  6. To rejoin this network, you will have to enter the password again. After entering the password, check whether this issue has been solved or not.
Fix 2: Reset Network Settings
Reset the entire network settings on your iPhone. But before you go ahead, note that after performing this action you will lose your current cellular and Wi-Fi network settings, Wi-Fi passwords and VPN settings.
  1. Launch Settings app on your iDevice → Tap on General.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Reset → Now tap on the third option of Reset Network Settings.Reset Network Settings on iPhone in iOS 8
  3. This should probably fix the issue of Wi-Fi on your iPhone
Fix 3: Toggling Wi-Fi Assist ON/OFF
Wi-Fi Assist is a new feature in iOS 9; this feature helps you transfer to your cellular data whenever your iDevice encounters weak or poor Wi-Fi network. You can toggle this feature ON and OFF to come out this problem.
  1. Tap on Settings → Tap on Cellular (In some iPhones/iPads, this feature is mentioned as Mobile Data).
  2. Scroll down to bottom, where you can see “Wi-Fi Assist” option → Toggle “Wi-Fi Assist” ON and OFF 2-3 times.
  3. This will perhaps solve the problem of Wi-Fi on iOS 9.
Fix 4: Install iOS 9 Through iTunes
Many users update latest iOS through OTA; Apple experts don’t recommend this practice. Rather, use iTunes to update to the latest iOS 9. This might fix the issue of Wi-Fi and other issues that might weaken the performance of your device.

Fix 5: Turn Off Location Services for Wi-Fi Networking
Disabling Location Services for Wi-Fi networking have yielded positive results for some users; you can also follow the suit.
  1. Open Settings app on your iDevice → Tap on Privacy.Tap on Settings Then Privacy on iPhone in iOS 9
  2. Tap on Location Services → Scroll down and tap on System Services.Tap on Location Services then System Services on iPhone
  3. Toggle Wi-Fi Networking option OFF.
  4. Now reboot your iPhone/iPad and check the result.

I hope this helps in solving this issue and you can continue your preparations for your GMAT examination.

Regards,
Lokesh
