Hi Jacques,
Follow the below steps to resolve your problem: Step 1: Launch Windows Start menu and search for Program and Features. Click the application's icon from the search result. Step 2: All the installed apps on the computer will be displayed in the list. Just select Google Chrome from the list and hit Uninstall. Step 3: Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the browser uninstall process. Step 4: Finally, download the previous version of Chrome: Google Chrome 44.0.2403.157. After the download is complete, just run the .exe file to install the older version of the browser. Then try using Gmail and it should work fine. If this doesn't work, try reseting your google account by following below steps: Select the Settings gear in the lower-left of Mail or Calendar (or select “…” and then Settings in the upper-left of People, and then select Accounts, Add an Account. (In People, you just select Add an Account.) The Choose an Account window appears. ![]() Select Google and then step through the Connecting to a Service wizard, supplying your account name, password, and, if configured, two-step verification code. Then, accept the service connection and click Done when the wizard completes. Note: Regardless of which app you use to configure this account—Mail, Calendar or People—it will be available to all three of these apps. That is, if you configure a Google account in Mail, you won’t need to repeat this account connection in Calendar and People. I hope this helps. Regards, Lokesh |
