Hi Jeff,

Our licensing system is sensitive to your hard drive setup, which is why the product detected a change in your setup and lost its license status.

However, this can be resolved very quickly by contacting our dedicated support team through the contact form below:

http://www.reviversoft.com/driver...

Rest assured, we are working on improving the way our licensing system works and enabling it to accommodate such changes.

Hope this helped.

James

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
