HI Trina;
Seems to me like you were trying to download a software which is not compatible with your windows version or your file might be corrupted during download, you might need to download and reinstall the program again. Other reason might be your hard disk, you might need to clean you hard disk, scan and defrag it with Microsoft built in tools. You can run antivirus too. Hope this helps, looking forward to hearing from you Basel |

Hi Trina,
If you're trying to run a program that is not designed for your version of Windows, you may get this error. Although many older programs designed to work in older versions of Windows will work with new versions of Windows, unfortunately, not all programs will work. If the program is designed for a 64-bit version of Windows and you're running it in a 32-bit version of Windows, it will not work and generate this error. So, please check if the installer exe is for 32 bit or 64 bit. Thank You! Lokesh |

What is happening here is that a virus is NOT being installed on your computer!
Luckily for whatever reason, your computer is attempting to run an installer for a malicious program, but it is not compatible with your version of windows! You can fix this problem by running PCReviver, as it will clear your temporary files and fix the issue. |
