Hi Leif,
I would recommend reinstalling MacKeeper by uninstalling the old version from your Mac and downloading the latest version from the MacKeeper website. You should be able to select the desired language during the installation process.
For future reference, please note that MacKeeper is a product of Zeobit (Kromtech) and we recommend that you contact them directly for further assistance.
Alternatively, if you were referring to our Mac product called MacReviver, you can download and install the latest version from the page below:
http://www.reviversoft.com/macreviver/
