Hi Martina,

You can follow the below methods to resolve your internet connectivity issues:

Method 1:

1. From the list of Network and Internet troubleshooting wizards, select Internet Connections.
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
2. Before you press Next, click or tap on the Advanced link.
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
3. There is an option which says "Apply repairs automatically". Check that option and click or tap Next.
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
4. After a few seconds, the wizard asks what you want to troubleshoot. Select "Troubleshoot my connection to the Internet".
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
5. The wizard now starts looking for problems and their possible root-causes. Wait until it finishes. It should not take longer than a minute.
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
6. When the wizard completes its detective job, it shows a summary of its findings. In most of the cases, it says: "The DNS server isn't responding".
Internet, connection, problem, wireless, network, troubleshoot, repair, Windows
NOTE: When you notice there is no Internet connectivity, the fastest way to start the Internet Connections troubleshooter is to right click or tap and hold on the icon with the exclamation mark from the taskbar, and select Troubleshoot problems. This will automatically start the troubleshooter with the "Apply repairs automatically" setting enabled.

Method 2:
  1. Press and hold the buttons “Windows” and “R”.
  2. Type in the box: “devmgmt.msc”.
  3. Under the topic “Bluetooth” you will need to disable everything you have there.
  4. Under the topic “Network Adapter” you will have to disable all the entries except the one for the Wireless adapter you have.
  5. Reboot the Windows 7 PC or laptop.
  6. See if you have a stable wi fi connection after the restart.

Method 3:
If the above doesn't work, You will have to look on the manufacturer’s website and see if you have any wifi drivers available and are compatible with your Windows 7.
Install the driver if you found it on the website and reboot the Windows 7 PC. After you reboot check if it still disconnects frequently.

One of these options should work for you.

If it doesn't work, please feel free to get write back again and I will surely help you out with some other solution.

Regards,
Lokesh.
