i like this question 0 Like It Follow	Problem started a month ago, resolved itself and now it's happening again, every other device in my house runs at 20 MBPS my computer runs at 0.6 MBPS recently began again when i torrented a video, i live in a household not a school campus. Hi Harris,

Please follow the below steps:

Open Network Diagnostics by right-clicking the network icon in the notification area, and then clicking Diagnose and repair.
Make sure that all wires are connected (for example, make sure your modem is connected to a working phone jack or cable connection, either directly or through a router).
Click Diagnose and Repair.
You can also find the repair command in the Network and Sharing Center in your Control Panel. Windows attempts to connect to the Internet, reset the connection and identify the issue for you.
