Hi Gianluca,

Do you recall installing any new hardware or software programs on your computer?

This blue screen error is very likely due to an incompatible hardware or possibly corrupted driver or software. In such cases, I would recommend uninstalling the hardware or undoing (restoring) any recent software installations or changes to your operating system.

You could also reboot your laptop into the Windows safe mode and perform a system restore to restore your computer to an earlier point in time.

Let us know how you go.

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
