Hi Rob,
When you have purchased the software once, you will gets your licence code. There are a few ways to view your lost license key: 1. You can retrieve it using the Lost Code tool, by having the license details sent to the email address used for your purchase. 2. View all your licenses by visiting the ReviverSoft account section. Using this licence code, you can install the software directly. Now also if it doesn't work, then please ensure that points mentioned below are not causing the problem in your registration process:

Now coming to your second question about SecurityReviver being shown up as a malware in npe scan(Norton Power Eraser), it finds and removes malware, adware, bots, and other threats. It is a completely different product and uses it's internal algorithms for detecting those malwares and adwares. It has nothing to do with Security Reviver as all the products of Reviversoft are 100% safe and secure. They have been tested by the team and you can rely on the product without a second thought.
