Hi there,
This error appears to be DirectX related.
I would recommend trying the steps below:
1. Uninstall Microsoft DirectX
2. Uninstall your Nvidia Geforce drivers completely
3. Restart your computer
4. Download and install the latest Win7 drivers for your Geforce card:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
5. Download and install the latest version of DirectX:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113
If the problem persists, it could be a hardware problem. Possibly your graphics card or memory. You will need to test them individually.
Please try this and let us know how everything works out.
Good luck,
James
