The game used run fine with no problems as my laptop can more then handle the requirement, I have tried verifying integrity of cache installing all drivers and running a disk check.
You can try the below fixes in order to make your Counter Strike game work without any performance issue.
Fix 1: Check System Requirements The System Requirements for all games are listed on the Store page of each game. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements for a game or your system meets the minimum requirements but not the recommended configuration, you may need to upgrade the appropriate hardware.
Fix 2: Manage System Resources The amount of memory available for graphics rendering has a direct effect on the rate at which frames are displayed in games, and whether or not lag is apparent while playing. So follow the below points:
Disable Background Applications
Free up memory in harddrive
Fix 3: Use an Optimal Resolution Increasing resolution, or any video option beyond your recommended settings will have a negative impact on your FPS. Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images displayed on your screen. At higher resolutions, such as 1600 x 1200 pixels, items appear sharper.
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution.
Fix 4: Check for outdated Installed Drivers It is recommended that you check the versions of the drivers currently installed on your system before looking for updates.
Go to the Start button and select Run...
Enter dxdiag and click OK to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
The tool will start on the System tab - check the System Information box for theOperating System
Switch to the Display tab. In the upper left corner is a box named Device. The first three lines are the Name, Manufacturer, and Chip Type of your video hardware.
Check the upper right-hand corner of this tab for a box named Drivers.
The second line is the video driver Version number, and the third is the Date of release.
Click "Exit" in the lower right hand corner of the window to close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Use the Operating System, video card name & manufacturer, and driver version information to search your video card or computer manufacturer's site for updated drivers which will be compatible with your system.
While your video hardware may meet the system requirements of the game you are playing, using outdated drivers may prevent the game from displaying correctly.
When I connect an external microphone to the jack, it is not working. I can see it in the "Sound" tab, but the levels is very low. I have tried with several microphones.
