You can try the below solution:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Hold Alt+ type TO or Gear symbol on the top right/ Internet options,
Advanced section and click on Restore advanced settings/ Apply.
3. Go to Security section and click on Restore all zones to default/ Apply and Okay.
4. Close and reopen Explorer.

Now for your copy/paste issue, you can follow the below steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, click Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then click Change/Remove.
4. In the Internet Explorer and Internet Tools dialog box, click Repair Internet Explorer, and then click OK.

If the above method didn't fix the problem, use the below steps as well:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, click Microsoft Internet Explorer.
4. Click Restore the previous Windows configuration, and then click OK.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the restoration process.

Check to see if you can copy and paste a file now.
