My Lexmark 3500 4500 printer connected it via USB cable and said the driver is not available. Windows 10 operating system

Hello Nidian,

Thanks for posting here and I'm sorry to hear about the printer driver problem you're experiencing.
To update the printer driver, you can do the following.

1. Please go to your start menu.

2. Type "Device Manager"

3. Click on the specific printer driver and select arrow.

4. Right-click on the system controller and select Update option.

Hi Nidian,

Please follow below steps to troubleshoot the printer issue.
1. Reconnect the power supply
  1. Press Power button to turn the printer off.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Gently remove the power supply from the printer.
  4. Reconnect the power supply to the printer.
  5. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
  6. Press Power button to turn the printer on.
2. Restart the computer and reinstall the software

  1. Close all open software applications.
  2. Disable any anti-virus programs.
  3. Remove the printer software CD from the CD-ROM drive.
  4. Restart the computer.
  5. When the desktop appears, reinsert the printer software CD. The CD icon is created on the desktop.
  6. Follow the instructions on the computer screen to install the software.

3. Reinstall the software

  1. Uninstall the printer software, and then reinstall it. For more information, see Removing and reinstalling the software.
  2. If the software still does not install correctly, visit our Web site at www.lexmark.com to check for the latest software.
    1. In all countries or regions except the United States, select your country or region.
    2. Click the links for drivers or downloads.
    3. Select your printer family.
    4. Select your printer model.
    5. Select your operating system.
    6. Select the file you want to download, and then follow the directions on the computer screen.

Some days ago I also faced this issues and then I discussed with
 Canon customer service team about this issues and then they gave me quick service and I resolved this issues very easily. so you should be discussing them and hopefully, you can solve your issues as soon as possible.
