Hi Angel,

If you are facing the Blue screen issue, you can follow the below steps to resolve this issue:

Update the drivers
Problems in device drivers are usually what cause blue screen errors in Windows operating systems. You can try updating all device drivers to fix most of these problems. However, in this case we are pretty sure that it is a graphics driver related problem. You should upgrade the graphics driver to solve this problem.

You can do this by going to your computer manufacturer’s website and looking for your computer model there. Once you find your computer model, download the latest version of the graphics driver and install it on Windows 10. In case you bought the graphics card separately, go to the graphics card’s manufacturer’s website and download the graphics driver from there.

Uninstall Or Disable The Driver

If upgrading to the new driver isn’t doing you any good, then the manufacturer is probably yet to release a suitable driver yet.
In that case, you should Disable the current driver in Device manager and reboot the PC.
  1. Press Windows Key + X -> click Device ManagerVIDEO_TDR_FAILURE - Windows Key + X - Device Manager -- Windows Wally
  2. Expand the Display Drivers category by clicking the arrow next to it.
  3. Right-Click the device -> click DisableVIDEO_TDR_FAILURE - Device Manager - Disable -- Windows Wally
After PC reboot you should not get any Blue screen.

3. Restore to an earlier date

Use System Restore to restore your computer to an earlier date.Make sure you’re logged in as Administrator when performing the following steps:

  1. Click Start
  2. Type system restore in the search box
  3. Select System Restore from the search results
  4. Continue with the wizard steps to restore your computer to an earlier date

4. Install pending Windows Updates

Make sure your computer is up to date with the latest Windows updates available.
  1. Click Start
  2. Type update in the search box
  3. Select Check for Updates from the results list
  4. If there are updates available, click Install Updates
  5. Restart your computer.

5. Run sfc command

This sfc command will inspect your system files and repair any corrupted files.
  1. Click Start
  2. Type cmd in the search box
  3. Right-click on Command Prompt from the search results list
  4. Select Run as Administrator
  5. Type:
    sfc /scannow
  6. Hit Enter
  7. Restart your computer

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh
