Some quick questions: 1. Do you recall installing a video driver or codec pack on your PC before this started? 2. Does this happen only when you use a particular app or perform a specific function? My first suggestion would be to re-install the video card/graphics driver on your computer. Next, reinstall any video codec packs or media players on your PC with their latest releases. You can use the below steps to remove thos error: Step 1: Set the computer to clean boot state.
After the computer is restarted, you will have a clean boot environment. Step 2: Perform System File Check to fix the corrupted system files
