What is wkcalrem.exe
Wkcalrem.exe is the executable file for Work Calendar Emulator, more known as Microsoft Works Calendar. It is an office collection of spreadsheet, word processor and database, a portfolio utility that offers binder-like utility. The older releases included a Terminal Emulator, and the newer versions included a calendar and a dictionary known as Microsoft Works Calendar. Wkcalrem.exe allows users to create, rename, and delete calendar/s, as well as view multiple calendars together and share schedules and appointments with other users. Users can store appointments or add new events like birthdays and anniversaries that Microsoft Works Calendar reminds. Setting an appointment works by setting the date and time, name of event, reminder method and by choosing a Sound file for that particular reminder from the Control Panel. Microsoft Works Calendar supports the Microsoft iCalendar format, making the information sharing easier even with other users not using Works. Its users have the control on how the Calendar information is used.
