When the executable file vsjitdebugger.exe is launched onto the system, it enables a process that s generally known Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger. Sometimes, the process name is shortened to Visual Studio Debugger. By default, the file vsjitdebugger.exe automatically runs when an unhandled exception takes place in the machine. There are two known software that install the file; one is known as Microsoft Visual Studio and the other one is Microsoft Visual Studio Shell. You can usually find the file saved in the System folder of Windows, i.e. C:\Windows\System 32\vsjitdebugger.exe. The file is licensed under Microsoft, which makes it a safe file to run on your Microsoft Windows Operating System. This is also an essential file for the software that installed it hence, the general recommendation by users is to keep the file and leave it on enabled mode. There are several sizes for the file, starting from 146,944 bytes and going all the way up to 269,144 bytes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. vsjitdebugger.exe. is used by Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger, If you shut down vsjitdebugger.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop vsjitdebugger.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger, from your system.
