MgiSvr is the process that loads through the executable file ucammonitor.exe. This is part of the software for ArcSoft Magic-I Visual Effects which is utilized by users when they are video chatting with friends. This Web camera application runs as a background task. It is recommended that the file be enabled to run with system startup so the user can fully take advantage of its benefits; however, it can also be disabled if you will not be using your Web camera any time soon.
