The twebcamera.exe process is a Windows file that runs on computer with pre-installed Microsoft Windows Operating System, and a component of the software TOSHIBA Web Camera Application, which is a program created by Toshiba Corporation for all Toshiba laptops and notebooks. The twebcamera.exe file is a part of the in-built webcam utility, which enables a user to manage the setting of his or her computer’s web camera. It allows an instant access, managing of the setting, such as brightness, contrast enhancement, and frame. Unless the user does not want to access or use the web camera application, this file must remain stored on the computer, and run in the background whenever needed. Deleting or uninstalling it can cause the entire program to become disabled. Because it is pre-installed on Toshiba computers, this module starts to run during the launching of the program, or even at the start-up of Windows, regardless of the OS.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. twebcamera.exe. is used by TOSHIBA Web Camera Application, If you shut down twebcamera.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop twebcamera.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TOSHIBA Web Camera Application, from your system.

A process usually a part of an installed application such as TOSHIBA Web Camera Application, or your operating system that is responsible for running in functions of that application.
