The tv_w32.exe process is also known as the Helper process. It belongs to TeamViewer. This program is a proprietary computer software package for desktop sharing, web conferencing, remote control and file transfer between computer. The main responsibility of this program is the use of remote control of computers, presentations and working together, there are other features available within this program. An installation procedure may be used for TeamViewer, though the ‘Quick Support’ version would also suffice in order to install this process. The program is a signed file from Verisign and it is not visible within the computer system. It is signed digitally and is not a Windows system file. There is a possibility of manipulating different programs within the system and cause them to behave in a peculiar manner. Some sources reveal that the program is presented to be 45% dangerous, which is not nearly half of the percentage, though it is best to exercise caution upon using this program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tv_w32.exe. is used by TeamViewer, If you shut down tv_w32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop tv_w32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TeamViewer, from your system.
