The tosBtMng.exe file is the executable process for Toshiba Bluetooth Manager, a startup task that is installed by Toshiba Bluetooth USB drivers found on laptops with the integrated Bluetooth made by Toshiba. Toshiba Bluetooth Manager has a dual role of producing background tasks and displaying the Bluetooth system tray icon to give the user access to the settings screen. TosBtMng.exe is a component of the Windows process and is associated with the Bluetooth Stack from Toshiba Corporation. Though not among the essential processes for an operating system, Bluetooth Manager should not be removed or uninstalled unless causing serious problems on the system. The TosBtMng.exe file can be found in the C:\Program Files\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\TosBtMng.exe folder. Finding the file anywhere else means that it must be removed and an updated virus can program must be run on the system. Toshiba warns the users of similar instances and they encourage that the users contact the Toshiba Support.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tosbtmng.exe. is used by Toshiba Bluetooth Manager, If you shut down tosbtmng.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop tosbtmng.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Toshiba Bluetooth Manager, from your system.
