The tknoa.exe file is popularly known as Knoa Agent main module. The module has been developed by Knoa Software to be a component of Knoa Client Agent. The tknoa.exe file is associated with Knoa End User Intellignece (EUI) because the latter provides a client based agent which can check all events at GUI level, be it a user or an application event. Tknoa.exe monitors the experiences of the user on live application, the response times during application operations and the proficiency of the user. It adapts to changes in application and learns new transactions, processes and activities of the user. This feature does not require scripting in the application and thus quicken the pace of the application. Knoa works on user experience management. User experience management involves monitoring application performance as seen by the end user. Tknoa.exe checks how the user communicates with SAP applications and it records all workflow executed.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tknoa.exe. is used by Knoa Client Agent, If you shut down tknoa.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop tknoa.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Knoa Client Agent, from your system.
