The tgcmd.exe file is described as the Support.com Scheduler and Command Dispatcher, which is associated with the online support software by SupportSoft, Inc. This file process is mostly pre-installed on many leading brands of computers, and also installed in software packages of ISPs. Although not digitally signed, the tgcmd.exe file provides online technical support services whenever a user seeks information regarding troubleshooting and problems related to his or her computer system, programs and processes. This online support software also provides information about the activities and usage habits of the computer. Unfortunately, this file has been considered a spyware because of its spyware-like behaviors, which include the instance of accessing the Internet, and the adding of rules to firewall software.
