Known by the service name The Cleaner Registry and File Monitor, also Total Contact Management for Windows or TCM, tcm.exe is a type of an executable or EXE file, and is a part of the program The Cleaner or TCM, which is developed by MooSoft Development or Apt Projects. During the installation process, the tcm.exe file is downloaded onto the computer, starts running as a background service, and executes its main function, also the role of launching other different modules, which are bundled within the program, that call for it. Once it is installed, the file process needs to remain running and functional in the background, or on the system. Terminating this file can disable its function or the primary objective of the whole software that houses it. Unless it is causing problems or errors, tcm.exe should remain stored on the computer, particularly run by Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, or Windows OS, which is a product series created by Microsoft Corporation.
