What is  systems.exe

The systems.exe file is an executable process that has been reported by many users as a malicious program associated with the TARNO-C family of Trojans, and this variant of the systems.exe process is also called Kernell. Other user reports claimed that the same variant of the systems.exe process is also called NAV Agent. Some users state that the systems.exe process is the AGOBOT.VZ worm, which is a malicious application that attacks Windows-based systems. A few users noted in the same reports that the systems.exe process is a component of the Keyboard Spectator software, which is a monitoring tool that can be used for malicious purposes, such as spying on unknowing users in order to collect their passwords. As the Trojan variant, the systems.exe process has been reported to be capable of exploiting TCP/IP network ports of the compromised Windows-based computer, in order to initiate contact with the Web servers of its authors, which then prompts the systems.exe process to download other malicious programs unto the infected system.
