What is  syslogin.exe

The syslogin.exe process belongs to the software Family Cyber Alert, developed by InfoWorks Technology. It is also known as A Component or Parents CyberAlert. Family Cyber Alert is an application classified as a surveillance program, and this software is mainly used by security groups or corporate IT departments. This software becomes malicious when users are unaware that they are being monitored. Family Cyber Alert automatically registers users’ keystrokes with or without their consent. As a commercial key logger, this program saves the key input of users in a log file, which may be sent to others or stored. This malware also records files viewed, websites accessed, passwords entered, and information used for logging into certain online portals or local and Web-based applications. It can also disclose instant messages, chat exchanges and email content, and it can also take screen shots of the desktop and the applications on focus. It has been reported that this application can use email attachments or drive-by-downloads to enter systems. Its presence is difficult to detect since the process operates in stealth mode.
