The file sysdiag.exe, known as Spytech SpyAgent, belongs to software Security Task Manager. The Security Task Manager is an application that detects all the tasks and processes running on the computer and displays their ranking according to their security rating. The user can see at a glance whether the program is a threat, and can quarantine or delete those that are labeled spyware, trojans, keyloggers, and other type of malware. Along with the rating, it gives informative details about each running program like the manufacturer, file path, type of program, program file name, and start-up information, and makes an assessment whether the program is malicious or not. It features a tool that automatically performs a Google search to obtain information about suspicious program that offers an additional layer of protection to the user. Any program classified as malicious or a serious threat to security can be deleted with a single click.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. sysdiag.exe. is used by Security Task Manager, If you shut down sysdiag.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop sysdiag.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Security Task Manager, from your system.
