What is  sys32.exe

The sys32.exe file can refer to several files, ranging from system processes to malware. First, it is also known as Win32 and it is said to have been developed as part of the W32/Forbot-FX family as System Net. It enables changes in information, ending of certain processes, removal of files and distance attack through the IRC channel. The legitiamte variant of this process, on the other hand, runs at startup and is part of the Windows service installation. This system process runs in Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7. Another legitimate variant of the sys32.exe process is said to be a component of the software prjProxyServer, which is developed by the company Xeon Productions. This process variant also begins at startup with the following registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit. The file has a high risk rating and is considered absolutely dangerous (100%) when found in C:\Windows\System32. When found in other locations, its danger rating is at the minimum of 80%. This file has its own visible window.
