Process file called Sndsrvc.exe is a process that is owned by Norton Internet Security Suite. This software is responsible for protecting the the operating system against online threats such as Trojans and Spywares. This threats are usually sent on e-mails or directly attacking the operating system of the user without any authorization. This program is also controlling the sending of scans for outbound e-mail when the option chosen integrates with clients. The software is a start-up entry installed in Windows NT, 2000, 2003, XP, or Vista operating systems. The file size of sndsrvc.exe is 206552 bytes which is considered by Microsoft a trustworthy company having the Verisign signed file (A certified trustworthy company). During starting the Personal computer, sndsrvc.exe will also launch. And this program is necessary to install Norton Internet Security software to avail the full capacity of the software on securing the operating system of the user. The process should not be terminated as some program uses sndsrvc.exe to perform their task as well.
