What is  skype.exe

The file Skype has an internal name which is called the Skype.exe file. The file belongs to the software called Skype Application which is owned and developed by the Skype Technologies Company. This is a program which is usually dealing with the communications between Personal Computers (PC) trough the Internet. The file can be usually found in the C:\Program Files and the file has the usual size of 13,179,660 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But the file size may vary when used in different version of Operating System such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The file skype.exe contains a visible window in which the user may have the option to change the way it behaves in the Personal Computer. This file does not belong to the Windows Core files. The user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with.
