The services32.exe process appears to be a component of MediaTickets by OIN. It has no visible windows in the system and is also not considered to be a Windows core file. This process also utilizes the use of the Internet or a LAN for it to effectively run. This is considered to be 67% technically dangerous in terms of security reasons. Most anti spyware and virus applications consider this to be a type of virus created by unknown programs being installed in the Windows. In fact, other related adwares and variants of Trojan files have been linked to this program. It is generally considered to be a Trojan/Backddor file. It is suggested that this file be entirely removed from the system’s hard disk. Since this is a hidden file, the user must enable or activate the viewing of “Hidden files and folders” before completely deleting this program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. services32.exe. is used by MediaTickets by OIN, If you shut down services32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
