The executable file sailicsvr.exe is also called License Server and is the property of the software License Server, which was developed by SA International. This process is a Windows 32 application that can also run on Windows 7 or a Windows XP computer. It is normally located in “C:\Windows\System32” folder or the subfolder of “C:\Windows”. This file has the ability to detect data and send them to other servers through internet ports or the Local Area Network. It has a file size of 86,016 bytes. The process has no visible icon on the system tray and also has no visible display window when in operation. This is not a Windows core file making it 70% dangerous in technical security rating level. Since it is not a Windows core file, it has the ability to occupy or use up memory resources of the computer.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. sailicsvr.exe. is used by SA International License Server, If you shut down sailicsvr.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop sailicsvr.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is SA International License Server, from your system.
