What is rtsserv.exe
The process rtsserv.exe is an executable file also called Reflection TimeSync Service owned and developed by WRQ for the software Reflection for UNIX or Reflection for HP with NS/VT. Reflection for UNIX software is used specifically to connect users to Windows and Linux operating system applications. This process can be found located in “C:\Program Files” with file size 49,152 bytes on Windows 7 and Windows XP computers. There is no window display when this process runs in the computer’s system registry. It has no visible icon making it unnoticeable to users. Users may receive error messages regarding this file extension but it can easily be uninstalled from the computer’s Control Panel. If other applications cannot run without this process, users can opt to reinstall this process as a new program. This process is not a Windows core file so it has the possibility of using up resources on the computer’s hard drive.
