What is  rarext32.dll

The module rarext32.dll is a context menu handler that relates to the identifier name of WinRAR 32. It is loaded by explorer.exe (Microsoft Windows Explorer), and the context menu for this file is displayed when it is clicked with the right mouse button. The context menu for rarext32.dll allows various operations to be opened from the file, like printing it or opening it with another program. It searches for a digital certificate or requests that the user approve the action when it detect the downloading of an external program that runs as part of the Windows user interface.
