The file ragui.exe, known as RemotelyAnywhere Desktop Application, belongs to software RemotelyAnywhere from 3 am Labs, Inc. RemoteAnywhere is software for remote administration and control of networked PCs, with enabled access of company servers through mobile phone. For network administrators, this application features a dashboard that provides a snapshot view of a remote computer's system activity that includes details like BIOS and operating system versions, plus CPU and memory utilization. Administrators and IT professionals can quickly assess and manage most elements of the host machine, including its services, drivers, processes and registry. RemoteAnywhere includes an FTP server for file transfers, and has six levels of security that include IP filtering, IP lockout, NTLM or password authentication, firewall support, SSL, SSH, and SSH2 with 128- bit or stronger encryption. The guest client is as Java-based application that resides on the host PC, which means that administrators can connect to the host from any computer that has a Java-enabled Internet browser and an Internet connection.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ragui.exe. is used by Remotely Anywher, If you shut down ragui.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ragui.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Remotely Anywher, from your system.
