What is  procexp64.exe

The procexp64.exe file is a process that provides system support for Windows. Its file name is Sysinternals Process Explorer, for the Process Explorer software; and it functions in much the same way as Task Manager. The file allows users to see what .dll files and directories are running in the background. It likewise gives users a look into the .dll file attributes that are being loaded, or attributes that were already loaded. This provides for a detailed account of what is going on in the background, enabling you to discover leaks or erroneous .dll attributes. Standard directory of the file is C:\Program Files\Common Files. A good number of users found Sysinternals Process Explorer more advanced than its counterpart, because of its wide range of features specifically designed for troubleshooting purposes.
