The file printctrl.exe, described as PrintCtrl64 bit is a process file from ActMask Co. Ltd. that supports file conversion software ActMask ALL2PDF PDF Creator. This software works like a virtual printer and enables the user to convert files like .txt, MS Office document, .xlx, .jpg, .doc, and many others to PDF format from any Windows application that supports printing feature. Software for file format conversion is employed so that data encoded from one system can be read or used by a different computer, program, or operating system. The conversion of files to professional quality and searchable PDF format is achieved from any Windows application. Converted files are encrypted using 128 bits encryption that sets the security for the PDF file, which prevents copy/paste, editing, and printing of the file contents. The application contains a tool that enables users to combine multiple documents into one PDF file, convert several image files into one single multi-page PDF file, or combine DOC, TIFF, HTML, GIF, or other format into one PDF file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. printctrl.exe. is used by ALL2PDF PDF Creator, If you shut down printctrl.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop printctrl.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is ALL2PDF PDF Creator, from your system.
