The process pavprsrv.exe is known as PandaShield (Panda shield) that is developed by Panda Software. It is also called the Panda Protection Service for the Panda antivirus software Panda Cloud Antivirus. The file pavprsrv.exe is located in a subfolder of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Panda Software\PavShld\. Panda Cloud Antivirus is a proactive antimalware protection for file servers, laptops, and PCs. A complete SaaS security suite, it delivers light and secure protection at the main threat entry points. Threats enter at the endpoints (PCs, laptops, and servers), email traffic, and web traffic. Saas (software as a service) or on-demand software is a software delivery model where the software and associated data are hosted in the cloud. Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. pavprsrv.exe. is used by Panda Cloud Antivirus , If you shut down pavprsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop pavprsrv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Panda Cloud Antivirus , from your system.
