The executable file omgjbox.exe has been identified as a part of the SonicStage Application by Sony. SonicStage is Sony's designated music player. However, it does more than play music. It has been enhanced to assume the role of the user's complete music management software. This software will provice various functions for the user. SonicStage also has the name Connect player, and Sony has allowed Connect players to gain access to the Connect Music Store. This is the Sony counterpart to the Itunes store. Sony takes pride that the Connect store is one of the world's largest music stores and that the quality of the content purchased is truly in a class of its own. They have all the current hits, timeless classics and even some exclusive tracks. SonicStage can also manage transfers of audio files to any Connect device.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. omgjbox.exe. is used by SonicStage by Sony, If you shut down omgjbox.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop omgjbox.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is SonicStage by Sony, from your system.
