The process ninja.exe is confirmed to be a part of the program Ninja Pendisk which is created by Nuno Brito. Ninja Pendisk is a program that is specifically designed to protect USB (Universal Serial Bus) Disk Drives and data carriers from viruses, malware, Trojan horses and other harmful files. When Ninja Pendisk is installed in the computer system, there is no installation required on the disk drive, as the Ninja Pendisk simply waits in the system tray, where it will wait for a disk drive to be inserted. Upon insertions of a disk drive, the Ninja Pendisk will scan it for any malware and virus. It can identify it and eliminate it. This will keep the computer system safe from infection. At the same time, Ninja Pendisk can also make the USB disk drive immune to viruses. This is done by creating a folder (autorun.inf) which will install special permissions instructions to make sure the disk drive is protected when inserted into a compromised computer.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ninja.exe. is used by Ninja Pendisk by Nuno Brito, If you shut down ninja.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ninja.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Ninja Pendisk by Nuno Brito, from your system.
